Gluten Free Brownies

YIELD: one 9” x 13” pan

This brownie recipe is also located on the back on the Gluten Free Brownie Mix bag.

1 bag Gluten Free Brownie Mix

8 oz softened, unsalted butter

4 large eggs

 

1. Preheat oven to 325˚F. Grease a 9” x 13” pan.

2. Using a hand held or stand mixer blend the brownie mix and eggs on low speed until mixed, scrape.

3. Add the butter and continue to mix until blended. Scrape into prepared baking dish.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brownie is set in the center*.

*For a cake-like brownie, a cake tester in the center should come out clean.

For a fudgier brownie, decrease baking time slightly.

 

Flavor Suggestions: Add nuts or chocolate chips.
