Gluten Free Dairy Free Scones

YIELD: 16 scones

Great scones for those that prefer or require no dairy.

1 bag Biscuit mix

6 Tbsp. Earth Balance

10 ½ oz. soy milk

 

1. Using a hand or stand mixer blend the dry mix and Earth Balance together until it resembles a coarse cornmeal. Add in the soy milk and egg, scrape and mix for 30 seconds on medium speed. Scoop individual biscuits onto prepared sheet pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
