Gluten Free Pancakes or Griddle Pancakes

1 large egg

¾ cup cassava flour

1 cup milk

1 tsp. baking powder

1 ½ Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

½ tsp. salt


1. Preheat griddle to 375 degrees.

2. Mix egg, oil and milk. In a separate bowl mix dries. Add dries to liquids and stir together well.Add in the cream and hand mix until combined.
