Gluten Free White Butter Cake

YIELD: One 9” layer cake

This Gluten Cake is a simple and easy to make cake that is sure to please.

Bake time: 20-25 minutes @ 325 degrees

1 ¼ cup Cassava Flour

1/8 tsp. Baking Soda

1 stick Soft Butter

1 ½ cup Sugar

3 each large Eggs

5 oz. Sour Cream

 

1. Cream butter and sugar until light.

2. Add eggs one at a time.

3. Sift the flour and baking soda. Blend in half of the dry ingredients and add half of the sour cream. Repeat.
